Research for CST 515: Privacy and Technology | Freedom of Speech | New Communication| Social Issues

I am a mother of two adult children, Sean and Natalie White. Recently, I became a grandmother of a beautiful little girl, Cameron White. I am employed with the School Sisters of Notre Dame as a Graphic Artist. My position includes creating various publications for public events as well as functions limited to employees. In an attempt to broaden my work experience, recently, I have taken on additional responsibilities including the maintenance of our company's web site. Unfortunately, due to my limited knowledge of html, I find myself sometimes in a situation where I have few resources to help solve issues as they arise. Another drawback is the fact that there is no technical support available. In an effort to broaden my knowledge base and save myself from watsed hours of trial and error, I enrolled in the Contemporary Communication Program here at CND. This course, CST 515, is part of the requirement for a master's degree. My undergraduate degree is in Corporate Communications from the University of Baltimore, however, I specialized in visual communication.

My hobbies include:

I look forward to learning this semester and working with my fellow classmates.
